Live Spanish Moscatel vinegar with the mother. Made exclusively from sweet Spanish Moscatel wine. Slowly fermented and unpasturised for maximum flavour.
This sweet and sharp vinegar is rich amber colour. The high alcohol and sugar content yields a spritely vinegar that’s full of apricot and peach flavours. Enjoy it over a goats curd and fig salad or on strawberries with a sprinkling of black pepper.
It was awarded 1* at the 2019 Great Taste Awards.
Live vinegar is unpasturised and contains living bacterial cultures.
