This vermillion coloured vinegar is one of our liveliest. The wine positively wanted to become vinegar as fast as possible. Thick, rich and full of flavour, this vinegar is fabulous as the backbone to agrodolce sauce to go with Gressingham Duck - and makes for a brilliant caponata.
Live vinegar is unpasturised and contains living pro-bacterial cultures which many people say helps contribute towards gut health.
